Wij-S was founded in 2020 with the aim of enabling meaningful and contemporary HR management for ambitious companies with growth ambitions that believe that good PEOPLE MANAGEMENT forms the basis for growing the internal organisation.
Often, entrepreneurs focus mainly on external growth, leading to internal “growing pains” as external progress outpaces internal development. Challenges like staff shortages, turnover, the need for organizational structure, and burnout can arise when growth is not aligned internally.
Today’s biggest challenges include attracting new colleagues, retaining talented employees, and keeping the team motivated—all essential for building a healthy, thriving business. Because many companies, large or small, SME or multinational, need a solid HR policy and do not always have the right know-how, I decided to kick-off my project Wij-S.
Since then, I’ve partnered with companies of all sizes to establish HR policies that form the heart of a healthy organization.
